Probably all of us have heard about the famous proverb that says: “Eat your breakfast, share your lunch with a friend and give your dinner to your enemy”. It definitely portrays the importance of breakfast in the best possible manner, and it means that you should never skip it. Remember, the main goal when eating breakfast is to give you energy for the rest of the day. The earlier you start thinking about this, the better, because if you wait to get older and change your habits, it may be a little bit too late. Who knows whether you will be able to move, whether you will need to visit doctors every couple of days, or if you are going to need physiotherapy at certain points in your life, so who is going to prepare all of this for you? This one should definitely be your favorite, as all of the ingredients are actually there to provide you with a lot of energy for the rest of the day. It is so easy to make it, and if you want also, you can make your homemade nut butter. It’s a piece of cake!

You should definitely substitute cereals you usually eat in the morning with this breakfast. Cooking quinoa in the milk of your choice, adding some fruits, and chia seeds is a perfect combination. Besides being very healthy, it’s delicious, and I assure you, you’ll always want more.

Again, this is very easily prepared, but it is so delicious, and you will enjoy your breakfast anytime you make this. If you are in a hurry, you can always take it with yourself to school or to work. It can give you a lot of energy and help you in handling whatever awaits you that day.
